Hard Paradise brings harder electronic music into the heart of a tropical waterpark. For one day and night, Serena transforms into a world where heavy bass, water, light and the energy of thousands collide.
This is not an ordinary festival or an ordinary night at a waterpark. Hard Paradise is an experience that has to be lived in person.

Hard Paradise takes over Serena Waterpark. All the pools and water slides will be open while the venue transforms through harder electronic music, lights and visual production.
Dance in the pool, experience the water slides, move between different music areas or take a break at the food and bar areas.

Age limit to be announced. Bring a valid official photo ID.
Bring swimwear, your own towel, a €2 coin for a locker, valid photo ID, your ticket on your phone and a payment card. Non-slip footwear is recommended.
No separate bus transportation is arranged. Use Uber, Bolt, taxi or your own car. A taxi rank will operate at Serena when the event ends. Book your return early.
Yes. Parking at Serena is free during the event.
No. Each ticket allows one entry only.
Yes. Lockers operate with a €2 coin (deposit, not a cost). Early Access tickets include a locker with no cloakroom fee. Lockers are limited. The paid cloakroom costs €4.
Tokens are used at bars and sales points. Buy them by card at token sales points. Unused tokens can be redeemed after the event.
No outside food, drinks, bottles or cans. Contact us in advance for special-diet or medical requirements.
Yes. All slides will be open. Follow staff instructions at all times. Guests using the facilities must be able to swim.
No. All photography and video recording are prohibited to protect guest privacy. Authorized event photographers may be present.
Serena includes level changes, stairs, wet surfaces and pool areas. Not all areas may be fully accessible. Contact us in advance if assistance is needed.
Alcohol, illegal substances, outside food or drinks, bottles, cans, glass, weapons, sharp objects, explosives, fireworks, flares and laser pointers are prohibited.
Yes. A first-aid point operated by healthcare professionals is available throughout the event.
Yes. The event uses intense lighting, strobes, lasers, smoke and other show effects.
